Returns policy

Every piece is made to order by hand, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for size or color changes. Please check the size details before you order, and reach out before checking out if you are unsure.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, message me through the contact page with your order number and a photo of the damage. I will arrange for the damaged product to be sent back and take care of it from there.

Everything else

Outside of damaged items, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. Thank you for understanding and for supporting a handmade shop.
