Shipping policy

Every piece is made and packed by hand here in the USA. Thank you for your patience while your order is created.

Processing time

Orders are typically made and packed within 3 to 5 business days. During launches, holidays and large drops, processing can take a little longer. You will get an email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

Orders ship from the USA via USPS or UPS. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order leaves. If tracking has not updated after a few days, please reach out and we will look into it with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned for a bad address can be reshipped once the correct address is provided, with shipping charged again.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help make it right.
